by Father Harold Cooper, has been granted a license by the
Federal Communicatons Commission to construct and power a station
at the 88.1 location on the FM dial to serve the Diocese of
Sioux City, Iowa.
Recently passing away after 58 years of tireless
service to the diocese, Fr. Cooper's dream of Catholic radio
